Ministry Connection is an annual training event hosted by Mt. Zion Church in Ontario, CA
designed to equip believers for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12).
While pastors often have access to numerous conferences and training opportunities throughout the year, quality ministry training for ministry leaders and church members can be difficult to find and often comes at a significant cost. Ministry Connection was created to help fill that gap.
Our goal is to provide practical, affordable, biblical, and high-quality ministry training for church members, ministry leaders, and volunteers. Ministry Connection offers accessible teaching, encouragement, and resources that strengthen the local church and prepare believers to serve more effectively in their God-given calling. To keep this training available to as many people as possible, registration is offered for a nominal fee.

general session where we will have ice breakers,
opening remarks and keynote address
Starting from 09:30 AM Transition to Classes:
Everyone will have time to transition to your desired breakout class
Starting from 10:00 AM Classes Begin
Ministry Breakout Sessions and each attendee goes to their one
registered class
(Conference leaders will determine the breaks)
11:30 AM -12:30 PM Lunch A : In & Out Burger
12:00 PM - 2:30 PM Lunch B: In & Out Burger
